4. 2/$4 Cereal. Frosted Flakes, Corn Pops, Froot Loops, Apple Jacks, Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size, Pop-Tarts, Post Selects, Shredded Wheat, Grape-Nuts. Best coupon combos: $1/2 Post Selects (03/01 SS) makes the Selects $1.50/box, Kellogg's $0.70/1 (02/22 RP) makes the Kellogg's options just $0.60/box after doubling, $1/1 Mini-Wheats Little Bites (not sure if this is same as bite size - 02/22 RP), makes them potentially $1. 02/22 RP also has $1/2 on Pop-Tarts (= $1.50 final price).
   
   
5. $0.25/lb. (half-priced) cabbage, in honor of St. Patrick's Day. See cabbage recipes here for inspiration. Fat Free Vegan has an interesting-looking (and also frugality-friendly) cabbage and white bean stew recipe up, just posted today. (Corned beef is also half-priced at $1.49/lb.)
