I just made a great CVS run. In addition to the deals you mention, my store had a 90% off section as well as storage containers for 75% off! I picked up a ton of household items, most of which were less than $1.00 each.

Also, Money Saving Mom pointed out that if you still have any of the recent printable Huggies coupons, you can get a great deal with the baby products ECB deal. I also plan to use some $1.50 coupons from recent Huggies/Johnson's mailers.
