Menu Plan Monday

My little one has been on some kind of nursathon the past few days - and when she's not nursing, she wants to be cuddled and close. Whew! Understandable? Sure. Growth spurt? Probably. But it's definitely forcing a menu simplify this week.

Monday:
Breakfast: Thawed/warmed sour cream muffins, sliced mango, chocolate soymilk
Lunch: Leftover shrimp pad thai, grapefruit pieces (couponed Fruit Naturals)
Dinner: Cashew butter sandwiches, salad

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Cereal, milk, banana
Lunch: Vegetable soup, clementines, Bisquick biscuits (with shredded cheese Red Lobster style, oh yea!)
Dinner: Crock pot beef and cabbage w/leftover biscuits

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Toast with butter and honey, clementines, milk
Lunch: Leftover beef and cabbage
Dinner: Stuffed baked chicken, veggies

Thursday:
Breakfast: Yoghurt with frozen blueberries and honey, banana
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwiches, clementines
Dinner: Loaded salads with whatever's handy (including more leftover chicken!)

Friday:
Breakfast: Cereal and milk, banana
Lunch: Instant split pea soup with brown rice, biscuits
Dinner: Tilapia, veggies

Woo! You can do it! Just imagine, soon enough there will be too much exploring and not enough cuddling. Yummy looking menu. Have a sweet week!
