Menu Plan Monday

Monday:
Breakfast: My mother-in-law's cream cheese braid that she baked for us this weekend - so YUMMY! - w/hot chocolate
Lunch: Spinach salad with fresh blueberries, gorgonzola, and shiitake sesame vinaigrette; canary melon
Dinner: Leftover schnitzel and spaetzel (you read that right; my mother-in-law sent leftover schnitzel home with us! we are spoiled...), remaining canary melon

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Cereal and milk, banana
Lunch: Multigrain garlic bread toasted with mozzarella on top, instant split pea soup, apple slices
Dinner: Edamame (microwaved), sauteed shrimp and cabbage, spinach salad

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Melon with vanilla yoghurt
Lunch: Coconut curry brown rice and frozen veggies, spinach salad
Dinner: Frozen DiGiorno's, $2.50 at CVS this week!

Thursday:
Breakfast: Instant oatmeal with raisins, banana
Lunch: Trader Joe's Jaipur Vegetables (microwaved), on top of leftover coconut curry rice
Dinner: Baked whole chicken with potatoes and carrots

Friday:
Breakfast: Cereal with milk, banana
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwiches, apple slices with cashew butter
Dinner: Loaded salads

I love getting ideas from MPM participants. Even though I started a new full time work at home job we're still watching our pennies.
