Cheaper Organics - including milk!

When couponing, it's harder to find deals on staples like produce, milk, and eggs, but not impossible. Through February 28, when you buy $10 or more of Giant's in-house Nature's Promise natural and organic line in one transaction, your Catalina printer will print out a coupon good for $3 off any Nature's Promise purchase. Don't think you would spend that much? Here are some Nature's Promise products out there, shown in the 2/6 - 2/12 ad:

Honey Roasted Snack Bars - 10/$10
Organic Applesauce (25 oz.) - 3 for $5
Beans, All Varieties (15.5 oz cans) - 10/$10
Organic Rice (32 oz) - $3.19
Organic Frozen Vegetables - 2/$4

And I've recently seen:

Whole Grain Bread - 2/$5
Gallon Organic Milk - $5.39
Cashew Butter - $3.99

I received one of these $3 coupons on a quick milk run last night. We buy whole organic milk for our toddler daughter, which takes a hit in our budget. But with this $3 coupon, I'll probably do these type of transactions to get her milk:

2 x 1 Gallon Nature's Promise Organic Milk: $10.78.
-$3 Nature's Promise Purchase coupon:
-------------------------------------------------------------
$7.78 for two gallons, or $3.89/gallon,
close to the price of a gallon of regular milk

And: I'll leave the transactions for another $3 Nature's Promise coupon, ready for my next milk purchase.
