5 Reasons to Visit Giant (aka Stop and Shop) This Week (02-13-02/19)

I goofed - I listed chicken drumsticks and thighs as a deal for 02/06-02/12, since they were priced at $1.29. But this coming week, 02/13-02/19, they are just $0.99/lb. But I found a sweet (tart?) deal to replace it! See the 02/06-02/12 Giant post to find out how to get two Ocean Spray drinks and a 5 lb. bag of grapefruits for as low as $1 total.

So, here are now the 5 reasons I have spotted to visit Giant 02/13-02/19.

• $0.99/lb. Chicken Drumsticks or Thighs
  
  
• $4.99/lb. Porterhouse or T-Bone steak (saving at least $5.00/lb.)
  
  
• 2/$5 Breyers Ice Cream
  
  
• 4/$10 Weight Watchers Smart Ones frozen meals, but if you use the $1.50/1 printable coupon (limit two per Windows run computer), you can get them for $1.00 each!
  
  
• Dannon Yoghurt is 20/$10, or $0.50 each. Last time they did this sale price in January, I used a several of the $1.00/10 from the 1/04 SmartSource, and there was a blinkie by the yoghurt in-store dispensing "Buy 6, get 1 free" Dannon coupons - and I was allowed to use both my paper insert coupons and the blinkie coupons when I was ringing them up at the self-checkout, bringing the cost way low (I had enough in my cart for the required numbers). There was also a $0.60/6 Dannon coupon in the 02/01 SS, which doubles to $1.20/6 - and I would expect that you might be able to use the "Buy 6 get 1 free" blinkie in combo with this, too. But even if you just use the $0.60/6, you'll get them for $0.30/each!
