- $1.79/lb. Boneless Chicken Breast - about as cheap as it gets. Buy some for cooking now, and freeze some for later. Check out Gina's Cook Once, Eat 10 Times Chicken Edition for ideas on how a morning or afternoon of cooking lowest-cost chicken breast can feed you family for a long time to come. Me? I'll probably be using the $0.68 bottles of Ken's marinades, still good during this coming week's Shopper's multiplied coupons. :)
- $0.99/lb white seedless grapes. This is about as cheap as grapes get, too.
- 2/$5 Turkey Hill ice cream - Supposedly the 02/22 Red Plum insert had a $1/1 Turkey Hill light or fro-yo, but since we're not getting Red Plums in the Post anymore, I wouldn't know! (snifsnif)
- $1 Avocados - For recipes beyond (delicious delicious) guacamole, check out what AllRecipes.com has to offer - dressings, salads, etc.
- (aka 5.a.) $1.25 (listed as 4/$5) Green Giant Boxed Veggies - Use this $0.50/1 printable (limit 2 per Windows-run computer) to double, making them just $0.25 each!
- (aka 5.b.) Green Giant Steamers are $1.00/bag. Use the $0.50 off coupon from the 01/04 General Mills Sunday ad insert. Since Giant doubles coupons under $0.99, this makes them FREE. Woo hoo!
