We have a lot of leftovers from this weekend (including lots of open containers of hummus) - we made so much good food while company was around!
Monday:
Breakfast - Yoghurt and honey
Lunch - Hummus and crackers, bananas, granola bars
Dinner - Leftover roasted chicken, salad with avocado and red pepper, leftover mashed sweet potatoes
Tuesday:
Breakfast - Yoghurt with sliced mango and strawberries
Lunch - Coconut curry quinoa with veggies and whatever other leftovers remain
Dinner - Scrambled eggs, apple slices
Wednesday:
Breakfast - Peanut butter banana smoothies
Lunch - Hummus with crackers, cheese slices
Dinner - Frozen pizza
Thursday:
Breakfast - Cereal with milk, banana
Lunch - Mac'n Cheese, salad
Dinner - Pumpkin soup, bread
Friday:
Breakfast - Cereal with milk
Lunch - Out and about picnicking! Peanut butter sandwiches, apple slices, cookies
Dinner - Leftovers, whatever they may be
