Ooooof. Still here, and definitely carbo-loaded from the last few days. Keeping things basic yet again owing to less and less desire to cook. Check out other post-Thanksgiving menu plans at OrgJunkie!
Monday: General buffet o' leftovers (last day of these, probably). My sister-in-law made and shared a delectable lobster bisque that simply must not be allowed to go to waste. :o)
Tuesday: Grapes and tangerines, sauteed shrimp and green beans.
Wednesday: PB&J, baby carrots with ranch dressing.
Thursday: Fruit and yoghurt smoothies, cheeses, crackers (trust me, we can eat enough cheese to make a meal with no problem ;-p).
Friday: Apple slices, romaine Cobb salad with whatever's handy (veggies, bacon, shredded cheese, etc.)
