Anybody else feel like keeping things simple this week, what with Turkey Day around the corner? Also, maybe a little extra fiber in anticipation of the deluge of carbs and gravy? (Mmmm....carbs....gravy....)
Monday: Miso-flavored shrimp with brown rice, romaine salad, fruit salad
Tuesday: Frozen pizza, romaine salad, fruit salad
Wednesday: Scrambled eggs with shredded cheese, fruit salad
Thursday: PB&J on biscuits, apple slices, baby carrots w/ranch dressing
Friday: Fruit smoothies, pumpkin pie pancakes (adapted based on what's in my fridge/pantry), maybe bacon
