Phwew! The end of summer has been busy. Can you believe it’s nearly September?!
Because of an unexpected dinner out last week, I didn’t cook the salsa chicken in the Crock Pot. You’ll see that on this week’s menu again. We have more overnight visitors this week and a day trip on Saturday, so I’m planning meals accordingly.

For the chicken rice wraps, I'll make some similar to the recipe on the link below but use cooked chicken from Monday along with black beans, salsa & cheese.
