Lunch - Leftover spaghetti squash, chicken and Trader Joe's vodka sauce
Dinner - Butter-glazed shrimp, salads, honeydew melon
Tuesday:
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs, sliced pear
Lunch - Apple slices with almond butter, Kerrygold Dubliner cheese
Dinner - BLT salad with boiled egg, dark meat chicken, and avocadoes
Wednesday:
Breakfast - Whole milk yoghurt with honeydew melon
Lunch - Banamandeln smoothie
Dinner - Bacon spinach gouda quiche, leftover honeydew
Thursday:
Breakfast - Pumpkin custards
Lunch - Joyful Abode's Gluten-Free Chocolate Banana Bread
Dinner - Crock pot chicken soup (I know that this was last week, too, but what can I say? It hits the spot with the cold, rainy weather lately!)
Friday:
Breakfast - Mashed boiled eggs
Lunch - Sauteed kale with bacon and mushrooms
Dinner - Steaks, salads

OK, this is probably a really dumb question...but what are warm bananas? Do you just heat up babanas or do you have a recipe. Sounds interesting :)

In a small Pyrex bowl I slice up one ripe banana in thin chunks. I top with a little butter (I prefer Kerrygold butter), some nutmeg and ground ginger and/or ground cinnamon, and nuke in the microwave for about 1 minute, until the bananas are soft. I add a splash of cream or half & half and stir vigorously until the softened bananas are more of a smooth pudding consistency.
wow..sounds good...I'm going to have to try that. Sorry for posting my question multiple times...every time I tried to post it, it would give me an error message so I didn't realize it actually went through!
