Well, as of Saturday night, my bracket's toast. (I had the Jayhawks as winning the NCAA tournament.)
But on a brighter note, warming weather = increasingly cheaper produce. Niiiiiice.
Monday:
Breakfast: Blueberry/Blackberry crumble, milk
Lunch: Coconut curry risotto with veggies, romaine salad
Dinner: Scrambled eggs, home fries
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Cubed papaya, banana, milk
Lunch: Apple slices, cheese slices, peanut butter on Matzo crackers
Dinner: Chicken pot pie, salad
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Mango crumble, milk
Lunch: Leftover pot pie, salad
Dinner: Tilapia, salad
Thursday:
Breakfast: Cereal, milk, banana
Lunch: Leftover tilapia, salad
Dinner: Pizza (will try my first go at the Pioneer Woman's crust some time before Thursday night to have at the ready in the fridge)
Friday:
Breakfast: Instant oatmeal with raisins, milk, banana
Lunch: Leftover pizza! :)
Dinner: Rotisserie chicken, salad
