Monday:
Breakfast: Cereal w/milk, banana
Lunch: Peanut butter sandwiches, plain yoghurt with honey, orange slices
Dinner: Baked sesame chicken drumsticks, salad with shredded cheese, baby carrots
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Thawed/warmed cinnamon rolls, courtesy of Mel (so yummy, thanks, Mel!!)
Lunch: Whole wheat couscous with edamame and leftover chicken - tossed with shiitake sesame vinaigrette, applesauce
Dinner: Pasta bolognese, salad, garlic bread
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Instant oatmeal with raisins, banana
Lunch: Instant black bean soup, sliced apples
Dinnner: Pot roast with carrots and potatoes
Thursday:
Breakfast: Cereal w/milk, banana
Lunch: Leftovers (pot roast and/or pasta)
Dinner: Paprika-sauteed chicken breast, asparagus, berry crumble
Friday:
Breakfast: Plain yoghurt w/granola
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwiches from leftover chicken, baby carrots
Dinner: Frozen lasagna, salad
