In the thick of the January "Eat from the Pantry Challenge". Operative word being challenge. Trying to integrate neglected dry staples in creative ways here.
Monday:
Breakfast: Cereal with milk, bananas
Lunch: Leftovers from Sunday dinner, fresh blueberries
Dinner: Broccoli Pizza alfredo (using a cream cheese alfredo recipe since I need to get rid of cream cheese, and a crust from Heart Healthy Bisquick)
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Thawed sour cream muffins with berry sauce
Lunch: Quinoa with (frozen) asparagus and chopped walnuts, fresh blueberries
Dinner: Tuna salad sandwiches, sliced apples
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Bananas, Nutella on whole grain toast
Lunch: Annie's Shells with White Cheddar, applesauce
Dinner: Chicken with savory coconut cream brown rice, cubed papaya
Thursday:
Breakfast: Instant oatmeal with raisins
Lunch: Leftover Annie's in instant split pea soup, cubed papaya
Dinner: Taco salad with romaine, seasoned ground beef, tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream
Friday:
Breakfast: Cereal and milk, bananas
Lunch: Leftover taco salad
Dinner: Scrambled eggs, toast with cashew butter and honey

My daughter is absolutely crazy about Nutella. I like peanut butter on toast, my self.
