Reader Amy followed up (thanks, Amy!) to let us know that Bloom is making good on the rumor. Looks like September it will double coupons up to $0.99 in value. (Note that - as far as I can recall, anyway - Shopper's Food Warehouse, Safeway, Giant, and other area stores already do this all the time.)If you have any hot deals or freebies that you snag at Bloom using doubled coupons, be sure to post a comment!
