Hope that all of our mom readers had a wonderful Mother's Day. Now, it's already Monday, and back to the grind. ;o) Here we go!
Monday:
Breakfast - Peanut butter crackers, milk
Lunch - At a friend's house for playgroup; packing Trader Joe's Jaipur vegetables and fresh fruit
Dinner - Shrimp on salads
Tuesday:
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs
Lunch - Yoghurt, bananas, sliced tomatoes with ranch dressing
Dinner - Pumpkin soup, garlic toast
Wednesday:
Breakfast - Banana peanut butter yoghurt smoothies
Lunch - Spinach salad with shredded cheese, tomatoes, avocado
Dinner - Chicken strips (frozen), fresh veggies
Thursday:
Breakfast - Sausage, mango slices
Lunch - Mac'n'cheese
Dinner - Frozen pizza
Friday:
Breakfast - Yoghurt with honey
Lunch - Outing! Packing leftover pizza, bananas, milk
Dinner - Quinoa, some way, if there are no other leftovers
